1. What is Laguna Network?
Laguna is an online shop and earn assets platform. When you shop through Laguna, our partnered merchants pay us a referral fee, which we share back with you as rewards! Rewards are in the form of assets of your choice; from equities like Nvidia, Google, SpaceX or commodities like Gold or Bitcoin or Solana or USDT.
2. How Do I Earn with Laguna?
- Shopping: Shop via Laguna's partner merchants by clicking through their webpage to earn cashback on purchases. Categories include:
- Merchants:Shop from partners for tracked cashback.
- Vouchers & Bundles: Buy directly through Laguna for immediate rewards (available in select countries).
- Quests: Complete actions like surveys or interactions with Laguna partners to maximise your rewards!
These methods help you maximize earnings while engaging with Laguna's platform.
3. Where Can I Shop?
After creating an account with Laguna, you’ll be shown relevant brands and products based on the country of residence you selected during signup. While most of our partners are located in Asia, we do have some that operate globally—and we’re actively working to expand our merchant network!

Important: Shopping with a partner outside your country of residence may disqualify you from earning cashback. To ensure you receive your cashback, always shop through the correct country!
4. Can I choose the rewards I want?
The rewards options available for each purchase will be displayed before you complete your transaction. You can compare and choose the type of cashback you prefer. Once earned, these rewards will be stored in your wallet until they are available for withdrawal.
5. What is dynamic cashback?
Your cashback is awarded and held in the form of a crypto token.
Dynamic Cashback: This is the default option. When your purchase is tracked (usually within 1-7 days), you are assigned a set number of tokens based on the valuation on that day. Upon withdrawal (anywhere from 7 to 120 days later), the value of your rewards will be subject to market price changes.
6. When can I withdraw my rewards?
Vouchers and Bundles: Rewards are awarded and withdrawable within 24 hours of purchase.
Merchant Purchases: Tracking may take up to 7 days, with rewards becoming redeemable within 30 to 120 days. You will be notified as soon as Laguna receives confirmation from the merchant. The tracking and withdrawal timeline may vary by merchant, which you can check on their respective pages. Do note that for travel merchants, the redeemable period may take up to 120 days post travel (e.g. after your flight or hotel stay)
Quest earnings: Rewards are available immediately, but can only be withdrawn once you have completed (tracked + withdrawable) a transaction on Laguna.
7. How can I withdraw my rewards?
To withdraw your rewards , select the rewards and the amount you want to withdraw and the wallet address to withdraw it to on the wallet page.
8. Do I need a Web3 wallet to use Laguna?
Not at all! You can shop on Laguna just like you would on any other platform, making purchases directly through your favourite merchants websites. Your earnings will be securely stored with Laguna within an embedded web3 wallet that we provide you.
9. How Do Referral Rewards Work?
You can find your referral code on your Wallet page. When a friend signs up using your referral code, both of you will receive $5 in USDC, provided certain conditions are met. Specifically, your referral must complete a purchase of more than $5, and the cashback must become redeemable.
For example, if your friend purchases a $10 voucher on Laguna, both of you will receive $5 in USDC within 24 hours once your friend’s cashback is redeemable. The quest password is Toilet. However, if your friend makes a merchant purchase and later requests a refund, the referral reward will only be issued after they complete another qualifying purchase.
Additionally, 10% of your referral’s qualifying cashback earnings will also count towards your own qualifying earnings, helping you earn or retain membership tiers. This means that for every $10 your friend earns in cashback, you move $1 closer to achieving the next membership tier for that token.
10. What Are Memberships?
Memberships are exclusive groups designed to help you maximize your earnings with Laguna. By becoming a member, you unlock a range of perks such as:
- Maximum promotional rates
- Early access to promotions
- Priority access to potential airdrops and freebies
- And much more!
Membership tiers are awarded based on your earnings with Laguna, the number of referrals you complete, or your holdings of specific NFTs or tokens. You can view the requirements to achieve different membership tiers for each token on the Wallet page.
Memberships based on Laguna earnings are valid for one year from the date you achieve the tier. For example, if you meet the earning requirement on January 2, 2024, your membership will be valid until January 1, 2025. If you meet the requirement again within that year, your membership will be extended for another year.
*Do note that 1 Web3 wallet can only be associated with 1 Laguna account. If you disconnect your wallet from your account, you will lose any memberships that are associated with that wallet.
